Cotswold & Co was founded in 2026 by Jake and Hannah, a couple with a shared love of the Cotswolds, good food, great company and, of course, a well-made cocktail. Having spent much of their time enjoying everything Cotswold life has to offer—from long countryside walks and lazy afternoons in the garden to evenings spent entertaining friends—they wanted to create something that captured the spirit of the place they love.

The idea was simple: combine the beauty and charm of the Cotswolds with their love of exceptional cocktails. So, Cotswold & Co was born.

Our aim is to create premium, bar-quality cocktails that make entertaining effortless, without compromising on taste or quality. Each cocktail is inspired by the countryside around us, bringing together carefully selected ingredients and distinctive flavours to create drinks that feel at home at a summer garden party, a cosy evening by the fire or simply enjoyed after a long day.
